In the heart of Downtown Maple Ridge, The Lava Steakhouse opened January, 2008. The vision was to bring to the table quality cuisine from local suppliers, based on the traditions of a Classic North American Steakhouse. In fulfillment of our vision, we have worked with local companies such as: Hopcott Premium Meats, Blue Heron Winery, Mission Springs Brewery and others who happen to produce a world class product right here in our own back yard. Our ownership resides in the Ridge / Meadows area, our staff are all from the Ridge / Meadows area; this is our home, this is where we work and this is where we strive every day to bring a world class dining experience to our home town.
